- If a spare key is with a neighbour, family member or property manager, that's the cheapest fix of all.
- Make sure you're safe and warm while you wait — don't force a window or door, which usually costs more to repair than the lockout did to solve.
How we get you back in
Non-destructive entry is always the goal, and usually the outcome. We pick or bypass the lock so you're back inside without damage. If a lock genuinely has to be drilled as a last resort, we tell you before we do it — and we carry replacement hardware on the van so you're never left unsecured.

Yes. We verify that you live at, or are authorised to access, the property before we open it. It's part of being a professional outfit — and it protects you, too.
What it costs
