IQP Support, BWOF Remedials & Door Maintenance

Doors are the highest-wear moving parts in most buildings — and several of them are specified systems that have to stay compliant. We don't sign off IQP inspections ourselves; we work alongside your IQP, integrator and facilities team. That means scheduled maintenance checks on automatic and electronic sliding doors, fire and smoke doors and their hardware, and final exit doors, plus the repairs and remedial work that keep them passing inspection. Fire-door hardware is our everyday trade, so failed closers, latches and exit devices get fixed properly. Planned maintenance agreements available for single sites or portfolios.
